Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Part-Time Faculty for Hospitality, Tourism, and Front Office Management to provide industry-oriented training to students. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise and a passion for teaching, helping students develop the skills required for successful careers in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions on Hospitality, Tourism, and Front Office Operations.
- Train students in guest relations, customer service, reservation procedures, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, and industry-oriented training sessions.
- Guide students in communication skills, grooming standards, and personality development.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews and placement preparation sessions.
- Maintain attendance records and submit academic progress reports as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver practical and industry-focused training.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hotel front office operations, travel consultancy, tourism services, or customer relationship management.
