Requirements:
· Strong ability to conduct rooftop and industrial site visits, assess feasibility, and present solutions to clients.
· Proven track record in lead conversion – turning inquiries into confirmed rooftop EPC projects.
· Knowledge of solar rooftop EPC solutions, including technical, financial, and subsidy aspects.
· Familiarity with government policies, industrial compliance, and incentive schemes relevant to rooftop solar.
· Excellent client relationship management skills with ability to build long‑term partnerships.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills for industrial client presentations and deal closures.
· Ability to coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of rooftop projects.
· Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
· Willingness to work across multiple locations (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bharuch, Anand, Nadiad, Ankleshwar, etc.) to expand client base.
· Experience in industrial client handling and converting leads into sales.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).
· MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing is highly desirable.
· Experience:
· Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the renewable energy or EPC sector.
· Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing large industrial/ground‑mounted solar projects.
· Prior experience in managing and mentoring sales teams on the ground.
· Technical & Market Knowledge:
· Understanding of solar EPC workflows, subsidy schemes, and government policies.
· Familiarity with industrial rooftop and ground‑mounted project requirements.
· Ability to coordinate with design, execution, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
· Soft Skills:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Leadership qualities with ability to build and motivate teams.
· High energy, target‑driven mindset, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
