Job Summary:
SYSTEMONEX is hiring a skilled US & Canada Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience in bench sales and IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, vendor management, and negotiation skills with a good understanding of the US & Canada recruitment market.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Marketing bench consultants for US & Canada requirements
- Working with vendors and clients for daily requirements
- Handling consultant submissions and follow-ups
- Maintaining relationships with implementation partners and recruiters
- Negotiating rates and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining a database of consultants and requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Bench Sales/US IT Staffing
- Knowledge of US & Canada recruitment processes
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
You can come walk-in also for the Interview between 1pm to 5pm.
