Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate student data in CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong counselling and sales aptitude.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Education Sales / EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
