Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG/OTC Channel Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and field sales management.
- Strong experience in appointing, developing, and managing distributors/super stockists.
- Good understanding of primary and secondary sales, distribution expansion, and retail activation.
- Experience in achieving sales targets, market development, and trade relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare market action plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Expand distribution network and ensure product availability across the territory.
- Manage distributor operations, inventory, collections, and market execution.
- Implement trade schemes, promotional activities, and retail visibility initiatives.
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain market intelligence on competition and customer trends.
