Relationship Manager – Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable project/product information.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client details and sales records.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer relationship targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.
- Freelancer with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
