Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Reports To: Zonal Sales Manager / National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Achieve regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance through regular field visits, reviews, and performance analysis.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and stockists.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the region.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop action plans.
- Forecast sales, manage regional budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Recruit, onboard, and evaluate sales personnel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is often preferred), or any any stream
- minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
