Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
An HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The role supports smooth HR functions and ensures compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and selection processes
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Support performance management activities
Address employee queries and grievances
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Organize employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
Experience in HR operations or recruitment is an advantage
Experience
0–3 years of experience in HR or hospital field
Salary
Based on experience and company standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
