We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Reach out to potential clients and convert leads into paying customers.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Track key business development metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Candidates from telesales backgrounds should have team handling experience or B2B sales exposure.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Pay: ₹20,076.83 - ₹25,578.61 per month
