The stores sales Manager – Sales is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading multiple store teams within the assigned cluster. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining strong team motivation and brand standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned stores.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance; implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, local marketing initiatives, and promotional tie-ups to drive footfall and conversion.
- Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, pricing, and discount policies.
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and coach Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs for store teams.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer focus across all stores.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all stores operate efficiently as per company SOPs and brand standards.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory management, and timely replenishment of key products.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are aligned with company guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety norms, and compliance standards.
Customer Experience
- Ensure all stores deliver a superior customer experience and handle escalations effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions for improvement.
- Develop customer relationship programs to improve repeat business and brand loyalty.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present cluster performance reports on sales, footfall, conversion, and other key metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with senior management.
- Forecast sales and manpower requirements for the cluster.
