Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Success & Sales Operations Manager to work directly with the founder, managing the client and lead pipeline end-to-end, executing our sales qualification process, and coordinating our internal team. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who is organized, communicates well, and can follow a structured process reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lead follow-ups and ensure fast response times (within 30 minutes)
- Execute the company's sales qualification and follow-up playbook on inbound leads
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for dental clinic clients
- Maintain accurate lead and client tracking records
- Coordinate internal team task assignments
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires and new clients
Required Skills:
- Strong English and Hindi communication (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, or Notion is a plus
Education: Graduate (any stream); with strong communication skills, encouraged to apply
