JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Search and identify relevant tenders through portals such as GeM, e-procurement portals, and other government/private platforms.
- Analyze tender documents to understand scope, eligibility criteria, technical and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender documents (technical and financial bids) accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with finance, technical, legal, and operations teams for required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions.
- Upload and submit tenders online within the stipulated timeline.
- Maintain tender database and MIS reports.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and update management on status.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of submitted and awarded tenders.
- Assist in contract documentation after tender award.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes (Government & Private Sector).
- Familiarity with GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and state e-tender portals.
- Good understanding of documentation and compliance.
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Qualifications
The Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree.
At least 3 years experience in handling the Tender role.
At least 3 years experience in handling the GeM portal.
Onsite position
Degree in business or any other field related to the position.
