About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meeting schedules in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings.
- Handle objections professionally and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated on the company's services, target industries, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, telesales, or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation, advertising, branding, or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM software.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage decision-makers.
