We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in retail store management or operations
- Strong experience in sales, team management, inventory, and store operations
- Ability to achieve sales and business targets
- Good knowledge of retail KPIs, SOPs, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Experience in luxury watches, eyewear, jewellery, fashion, or premium retail is preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred
