Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering to join our Engineering College. The candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate engineering students, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, supporting research activities, and contributing to the academic development of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical/laboratory sessions for CSE students.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, question papers, and assessments.
- Teach core and advanced CSE subjects based on the assigned curriculum.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, seminars, and technical activities.
- Mentor and monitor students' academic performance and professional development.
- Encourage students to participate in hackathons, coding competitions, workshops, and technical events.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, FDPs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Contribute to research publications, funded projects, consultancy, and innovation activities.
- Support NBA, NAAC, IQAC, NIRF, and other academic/accreditation-related activities.
- Use modern teaching methodologies, LMS platforms, and technology-enabled learning tools.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the HOD/Principal.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech/M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees, as applicable under the prevailing AICTE norms.
- "Candidates with a Ph.D. in CSE/Computer Science or a relevant specialization will be preferred".
- Candidates with relevant research publications and academic/industry experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with Ph.D. in CSE may also be eligible for teaching B.Tech CSE under the applicable AICTE provisions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
