The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our expansion into the US market. As a BDM at UXDlab, you won't just be closing deals; you will be architecting our growth strategy, mentoring the sales team, and building long-term partnerships with North American enterprises. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who excels at high-level negotiation and understands the nuances of the US IT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to penetrate the US market and increase brand footprint.
* Revenue Generation: Own the entire sales funnel—from high-level prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing high-value deals.
* US Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic consultant for US-based clients, understanding their business pain points and aligning our IT solutions (UI/UX, App Dev, etc.) to their goals.
* Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior BDEs to ensure pipeline consistency and professional growth within the sales department.
* Flexible Engagement: Lead discovery calls, presentations, and closing meetings during US business hours (evenings/nights) to ensure seamless client communication.
* Reporting: Provide regular market insights and sales forecasts to the leadership team.
Mandatory Requirements
* Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in IT sales, with a significant portion dedicated to the US Market.
* Expert Communicator: Exceptional command over the English language (both written and verbal) with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
* Technical Savvy: A deep understanding of the IT services lifecycle, specifically in UI/UX Design, Web, and Mobile App Development.
* Operational Flexibility: Must be comfortable working from the Noida office during day hours while remaining fully available for night calls with US stakeholders.
* Lead Generation Mastery: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Cold Emailing, and other B2B outreach tools.
