Job Title: Supervisor Service Technical Support
Position Summary
The HVAC SME will provide advanced technical expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, focusing on design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimisation. This role supports critical environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Act as the go-to expert for HVAC systems, including CRAC units, chillers, liquid Cooling and precision air conditioners.
- Design & Commissioning: Lead installation and commissioning activities, ensuring proper integration and optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues; implement corrective actions to minimise downtime.
- Performance Optimisation: Analyse system data, recommend energy-saving measures, and align with sustainability goals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate service records and ensure adherence to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians; develop training materials for internal teams.
- Client Engagement: Offer expert advice on thermal load management and system upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and thermal management solutions.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, sensors, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in HVAC or relevant technical areas highly desirable.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in HVAC field services or design, preferably in data centers or high-performance environments.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Hands-on experience with CRAC units, chillers, and liquid Cooling.
Ability to mentor and train junior engineers.

- Frequent travel to customer sites (up to 50–75%).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
