* End-User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily user issues across operating systems (Windows, macOS),Applications Installation* Network Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, and switches* System Administration: Manage user access and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Perform routine data backups and system updates* Ticketing & Documentation: Log all service requests, track IT asset inventory, and document solutions in the knowledge base.
