About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to source and qualify high-quality leads for our software services and outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will be skilled in LinkedIn, Apollo, and other B2B prospecting tools, and should have prior experience generating leads for IT services, SaaS, outsourcing, or consulting businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted lead sourcing using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, and other tools.
- Build accurate prospect lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria (industry, geography, company size, decision-makers, etc.).
- Research and validate contact details (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles).
- Maintain a clean and structured lead database in CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Work closely with the sales/BD team to provide qualified leads and appointments.
- Track outreach results and provide weekly lead generation performance reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation for IT/software/outsourcing services.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.io (must have hands-on experience).
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Hunter.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Skrapp, etc.
- Proven ability to source decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) in target geographies (India, US, UK, EU, Middle East).
- Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, and outbound best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Exposure to automation workflows (Outreach.io, Lemlist, HubSpot sequences).
- Prior work with software outsourcing firms or digital transformation companies.

- Competitive salary or performance-based (fixed + incentive per qualified lead/meeting).

Pay: ₹11,257.09 - ₹37,922.01 per month
