Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Support Executive to support business development and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Search and identify relevant government and private tenders through various procurement portals.
· Download, review, and maintain records of tender documents and related information.
· Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and supporting documentation.
· Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information, approvals and statutory documents required for submissions.
· Ensure timely submission of documents and maintain proper records.
· Maintain a database of submitted, awarded, and ongoing tenders.
· Track tender status and communicate updates to management.
· Maintain company records, agreements, licenses, certificates, and other important documents.
· Manage vendor coordination and maintain vendor-related documentation.
· Support office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Perform other administrative and business support tasks as assigned by the management.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience in business support, proposal management, administration, documentation, or a similar role.
· Freshers with excellent communication and documentation skills may also apply.
Required Skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Good analytical and organisational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Basic understanding of procurement portals and documentation processes is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
