Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Hiring & Training Deployment (HTD) Programs. The intern will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job-oriented training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Handle bulk hiring for banking & BFSI programs
- Maintain candidate database in Excel/CRM
Candidate Engagement
- Call and explain program details to candidates
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Handle WhatsApp communication and queries
Coordination & Operations
- Track daily applications and conversions
- Coordinate with training & sales teams
- Maintain reports (lead tracker, interview tracker)
Conversion & Counselling
- Counsel candidates about program benefits
- Support in enrollment and documentation
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Graduate / Final Year Students
✔ Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MS Office)
✔ Interest in HR / Recruitment / Sales
