We are building a fast-growing AI-focused personal brand across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms using AI-generated avatars and AI-powered content creation tools.
We are looking for a highly proactive individual who can take complete ownership of the content operation—from researching AI trends and creating content ideas to producing, editing, and publishing videos.
This is not a traditional editing role. You will function as a content strategist, AI researcher, producer, and video editor.
Responsibilities
AI Research & Trend Analysis
* Stay updated on the latest AI tools, product launches, and industry developments.
* Identify trending topics and viral content opportunities.
* Monitor competitors and leading AI creators.
* Suggest content ideas daily.
Content Strategy
* Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
* Create content strategies for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos.
* Identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
Scriptwriting
* Write engaging short-form and long-form video scripts.
* Create compelling hooks, titles, and captions.
* Simplify complex AI topics into easy-to-understand content.
AI Avatar Production
* Create videos using AI avatar platforms.
* Generate voiceovers using AI tools when required.
* Manage AI content workflows and automation tools.
Video Editing
* Edit short-form and long-form videos.
* Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, B-roll, and visual effects.
* Create thumbnails and optimize videos for each platform.
* Ensure content is engaging and professionally produced.
Publishing & Growth
* Publish content across social media platforms.
* Optimize content for reach and engagement.
* Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
* Experiment with new content formats and growth strategies.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of AI tools and the AI industry.
* Excellent research and content ideation skills.
* Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, AI avatar platforms, image generation tools, and AI video tools.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹10,659.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month
