Successfully deliver Sage 300 projects for our customers. Engagement with our customer organization during various stages of the project life cycle. Troubleshoot & resolve helpdesk tickets. Communicate with the customers using various channels like emails, MS Teams etc. In addition to this, he will be also expected to deliver a great sales demonstration to our customers, if necessary.
