Customer Interaction & Follow-up
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback after vehicle sales and service.
- Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, insurance renewals, and vehicle-related requirements.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
Customer Satisfaction
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and record feedback.
- Escalate customer complaints to the concerned departments and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor customer complaints and track resolution status.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Data Management
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure accuracy of customer information and interaction history.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly customer feedback reports.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and Spare Parts departments for customer support activities.
- Support customer engagement campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing customer events and relationship-building initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Submit periodic reports to management regarding customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
