Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to generate new business for StrategicERP. The role is primarily focused on cold calling, field visits, client meetings, and closing deals. Candidates who are comfortable with field sales and B2B software selling will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field activities
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective clients
- Explain ERP/software solutions and understand client business needs
- Fix appointments, give product presentations, and follow up for closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate for deal finalization
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily sales activity updates and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Support, Implementation, Accounts)
- Attend exhibitions, meetings, and promotional events when required
- Support clients post-sale for smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
