We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including solar installers, EPC contractors, and retailers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and technical support) to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience (solar/renewable energy preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of solar products & industry trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
