About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and lead conversion status.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Confidence in speaking with customers.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or any related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage.
