Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall factory operations and production activities.
- Prepare production plans and meet production targets.
- Handle manpower planning, shifts, productivity, and workforce discipline.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Management teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, and production processes.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
Preferred: Candidates with FMCG/Food Manufacturing experience.
Experience: 5–10+ years, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
