Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by connecting with schools, coaching institutes, tuition centers, and other educational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, coaching institutes, and tuition centers to generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities and educational partners.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to create awareness.
- Present our educational programs and services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly business targets and generate quality leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and daily activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Stay updated with education industry trends and market activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
