Assist in preparation of Leasing and related Business Plan Strategy for Commercial Properties (Upcoming as well as currently Operational establishments).
Operational
- Drive lead generation activities & identification of prospective clients who wish to lease space
- Develop new client relationships and manage existing relations in the region
- Generate leads through own client relation and also from the IPCs/Brokers
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various business development programs
- Assist by providing relevant inputs in developing project collaterals and marketing materials in coordination with corporate marketing team
- Compile and use data to target, attract and finalize leases with appropriate tenants by presenting benefits of the company’s commercial portfolio
- Research, analyze and make recommendations concerning prospective tenants for commercial projects based on credit/financing impact, tenant mix, and return on investment. Pursue regional and local tenants within the targeted use categories via regular and systematic networking
- Identify, qualify, originate, and assist in negotiating terms and conditions of new and renewal lease transactions for in-line and freestanding units within the region’s commercial portfolio
Work closely with tenant representatives, attorneys and brokers, following through to completion of the final lease document.
