Experience: 6 months – 2 years (sales/outbound calling, preferably insurance, broking, banking)
Qualification: Graduate/BBA/MBA (Sales preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation via outbound calls, emails, and research
- Inbound lead follow‑up to create new opportunities
- Client interaction with domestic & international prospects
- Cold calling and outreach to identify key players
- Customer need analysis and closing warm leads
- Online demos and routing qualified opportunities
Competencies
- Strong phone presence, communication & presentation skills
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM tools and web presentation platforms
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
