Digital Operations Executive (IT IS NOT WFH)
Location: Goa
We are looking for a B.Sc. IT / BCA graduate with minimum 2 years of experience to manage our clinic’s digital platforms, software, and AI-based systems.
Key Requirements
* B.Sc. IT / BCA (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills
* Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
* Good command of Microsoft Excel
* Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
* Experience with WhatsApp Business Platforms (Interakt, WATI, Respond.io or similar)
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Working knowledge of Notion (or similar project management tools)
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Key Responsibilities
* Manage clinic software and digital systems
* Handle WhatsApp Business platform operations
* Maintain CRM and patient databases
* Coordinate digital workflows across departments
* Implement and manage AI-based tools and automations
* Troubleshoot software and system-related issues
* Train team members on digital platforms
* Coordinate with software vendors and support teams
* Prepare reports and maintain SOPs
