Key Responsibilities – Program / Planning Manager
- Lead end-to-end order execution from order receipt to final dispatch, ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage monthly, weekly, and daily production plans aligned with sales forecasts, capacity, and business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Sales, and Outsourcing) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Drive New Product Development (NPD), Aerospace, and Export order planning, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure effective resource planning and allocation including manpower, raw materials, consumables, tooling, fixtures, and machine capacity.
- Monitor production performance through OEE, productivity, and schedule adherence, implementing corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage APQP activities, customer requirements, and contract reviews, ensuring accurate flow-down of technical and commercial requirements to operations.
- Lead customer communication and order status management, providing regular updates, handling change requests, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, CAPA implementation, workflow optimization, waste reduction, and process excellence across departments.
- Prepare MIS reports, production dashboards, budgets, and performance reviews for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Manufacturing engineering: 10 years (Preferred)
