Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and rate analysis for electrical works
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations and pricing
- Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and documentation
- Evaluate project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain cost database and update rates regularly
- Support project team during execution for cost tracking and variations
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, cabling, lighting, etc.)
- Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and costing principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
