Position: Assistant Production Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Industry: Static Equipment / Heavy Engineering Manufacturing – Mandatory
Joining: IMMEDIATE JOINER – HIGHLY PREFERRED
Salary: ₹12 – ₹14 LPA
Location: Shirol, Shahapur

We are specifically looking for experienced professionals who can take charge of production operations with minimal transition time.
Candidate Profile – Must Have
- 10+ years of relevant Production / Fabrication experience
- Mandatory experience in Static Equipment / Heavy Engineering Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tanks, Skids, Piping Spools or similar equipment
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, fit-up, assembly and shop-floor operations
- Experience in manpower handling, production planning, scheduling and resource management
- Ability to independently manage production targets and delivery schedules
- Strong coordination with Design, Planning/PMG, Quality, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance and other departments
- Immediate joiners / candidates serving a short notice period will be strongly preferred
