Role Overview
As a Founding Full-Stack Developer, you will work directly with the Founder and Product Managers to design, build, and scale Dixi AI.
You'll play a key role in shaping the product from its earliest stages, contributing to technical architecture, feature development, user experience, and engineering best practices. Your work will directly influence how millions of people may one day interact with their Digital Twin.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in an early-stage startup environment, and wants to help build an AI product with global ambitions from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Dixi's mobile application using Flutter.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build secure authentication and user management.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement long-term memory and personalization systems.
- Collaborate on product strategy, feature prioritization, and technical decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Help improve application performance, security, and reliability.
- Contribute ideas that improve the user experience and product vision.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience building production mobile applications.
- Experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).
- Experience designing REST APIs or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Supabase or Firebase.
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or similar LLM providers.
- Strong understanding of Git and collaborative software development.
- Knowledge of authentication, security best practices, and scalable architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with vector databases or semantic search.
- Experience building AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with analytics, personalization systems, or recommendation engines.
- Startup or founding-team experience.
