Position Overview
The Recruitment Specialist will support Seven Angels Care & Support Services by managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities remotely from India. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordinating candidates for Support Workers, Nurses, Allied Health professionals, and administrative roles.
This position requires strong communication skills, time‑zone flexibility, and the ability to work closely with Australian workforce, compliance, and service‑delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing
- Use Indian and international job portals (Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Build talent pipelines for Support Workers, Nurses, Physiotherapists, OTs, and admin roles.
- Conduct proactive sourcing through social media, referrals, and recruitment networks.
- Maintain a database of active and passive candidates.

2. Screening & Shortlisting
- Review resumes for suitability based on Australian care standards.
- Conduct structured phone screenings.
- Assess communication skills, experience, and compliance readiness.
- Prepare shortlists for Australian hiring managers.
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews across Australia time zones.
- Prepare interview briefing notes for candidates.
- Coordinate panel interviews with workforce managers.
- Maintain interview calendars and reminders.
4. Compliance Pre‑Checks
- Ensure candidates understand mandatory Australian requirements:
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening
- WWCC
- First Aid & CPR
- Manual Handling
- Right‑to‑work documents
- Collect and verify documents before onboarding.
- Liaise with compliance team for final approval.
5. Onboarding Support
- Issue contracts and collect signed documents.
- Set up candidate profiles in ATS/CRM systems.
- Ensure training modules are completed.
- Coordinate start dates with rostering and service‑delivery teams.
6. Workforce Planning
- Maintain staffing pipelines for urgent shifts.
- Support rostering team with candidate availability.
- Track high‑demand locations and skill shortages.
7. Database & Record Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM/ATS.
- Update compliance status, interview outcomes, and onboarding progress.
- Ensure data accuracy for audits.
8. Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with Australian hiring managers, compliance team, and rostering team.
- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates.
9. Reporting
- Prepare weekly recruitment dashboards.
- Provide vacancy status, pipeline updates, and compliance reports.
- Highlight risks, delays, and urgent requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Experience with job portals (Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and ATS/CRM systems.
- Understanding of Australian NDIS & Aged Care workforce requirements (training provided).
Communication Skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent time management across time zones.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies.
- Professional email writing and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
- Experience in international or remote recruitment is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn Australian compliance requirements.

- Time to Hire — Average days to fill vacancies.
- Compliance Completion Rate — Percentage of candidates fully compliant before onboarding.
- Vacancy Fill Rate — Roles filled within target timelines.
- Candidate Quality — Retention and performance of new hires.
- Onboarding Accuracy — Zero errors in contracts and documentation.
