Academic Counsellor - Online Admissions
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors - Online Admissions to guide students and parents about the online admission process for UG and PG courses, help them choose the right educational programs, and support them in achieving their academic and career goals.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Candidates must have good communication and convincing skills and a passion for counselling and helping students.

Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents on online UG/PG programs, understand their requirements, recommend suitable courses, and explain eligibility, fees, scholarships, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Guide students through the complete admission journey, including application submission, document verification, fee payment, enrolment, and resolving all admission-related queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to build strong relationships, provide timely support, and ensure successful admission conversion.
- Update student details, counselling records, interactions, follow-ups, and admission status accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or educational consulting. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass. Any degree is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and convincing skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and counselling skills with mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages such as Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, or Assamese is an advantage.
- Ability to understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable online learning solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn about online education, university programs, and digital admission processes.
Work Location: #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
