Position Summary
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise identity and access services as a Consultant within Deloitte’s Cyber Operate practice. In this role, you will help maintain the stability, security, and performance of the Ping Identity environment, including core authentication and access management platforms. You will work across incident response, platform operations, troubleshooting, automation, and change implementation to support reliable identity services for clients. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on experience in identity operations and a focus on operational quality, platform resilience, and service improvement.

As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for…
- Supporting administration and operations across the Ping Identity suite, including PingFederate, PingOne, DaVinci, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
- Monitoring authentication services and resolving production issues to support availability, performance, and security objectives
- Performing root cause analysis, log review, and technical troubleshooting for platform, integration, and access-related incidents
- Executing system updates, security patches, configuration changes, and upgrade activities in alignment with project and client requirements
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting materials

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Experience supporting Ping Identity platforms such as PingFederate, PingOne, DaVinci, PingAccess, or PingDirectory
- Experience troubleshooting authentication, access management, or identity platform incidents using logs and diagnostic tools
- Experience implementing software updates, security patches, or system configuration changes in an enterprise environment
- Experience creating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, or troubleshooting guides
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as security, architecture, DevOps, or infrastructure teams
- Ability to work 24*7 rotational shifts, including night, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage based on project assignments
Preferred:
- Experience with security information and event management tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Datadog
- Experience with certificate management, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Transport Layer Security (TLS), key rotation, keystore handling, or public key infrastructure
- Experience supporting hybrid identity integrations, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), or multi-cloud environments
- Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Go
- Experience with DevOps or site reliability engineering tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, or continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines
- Ping Identity, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, or similar enterprise identity and access management certifications
