Senior Video Editor & Shoot Lead

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & Shoot Lead to lead our video production team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, cinematography, direction, and team management, with the ability to manage multiple projects across different brands while ensuring high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the video production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Plan, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality videos for multiple brands.
- Create engaging content including TV commercials, digital ads, social media reels, corporate films, L-Bands, promotional videos, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand creative requirements and ensure timely project execution.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, influencers, talent, and production partners during shoots.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and shot plans.
- Maintain production schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure quality control across all video projects.
- Guide junior editors and videographers while maintaining creative standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, AI-powered creative tools, and video production techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and cinematography.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in handling multiple brands and simultaneous projects.
- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, audio recording, and production workflows.
- Ability to conceptualize, script, direct, and execute video campaigns from start to finish.
- Experience working with influencers, artists, and on-location productions is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content under deadlines.
