Job Title : Nursing In-charge / Nursing Superintendent
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Experience: 10–15 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall nursing operations and patient care services.
- Supervise, train, and guide nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, infection control, and hospital policies.
- Handle duty rosters, manpower planning, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital management for smooth operations.
- Maintain nursing records, audits, and quality standards.
Qualification & Skills :
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years in a Nursing In-charge/Supervisor/Superintendent role.
- Strong leadership, clinical, and team management skills.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
