Position: Senior Plant HR
Experience: 10 Years
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 (In-Hand)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to Maximum 15 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete plant HR operations.
- Handle statutory compliance, labour laws, and Factory Act compliance.
- Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and HRMS.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate with production and departmental heads for workforce planning.
- Ensure statutory registers, documentation, audits, and labour contractor compliance.
- Conduct employee engagement, training, welfare, and safety awareness programs.
- Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely compliance submissions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Factory HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in labour law compliance, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Payroll.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
