About the Role
The Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for designing and enhancing Udyogwardhini's entrepreneurship and skill development programs. The role focuses on developing industry-relevant curricula, standardizing learning content, creating engaging training resources, and building practical learning experiences that equip aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners with actionable knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new entrepreneurship, business, and skill development courses based on market and industry needs.
- Design and standardize curriculum, syllabus, learning outcomes, and assessment frameworks across programs.
- Prepare structured day-wise training plans, presentations, facilitator guides, participant handbooks, worksheets, and learning toolkits.
- Develop engaging learning frameworks using storytelling, first-principle thinking, case studies, and experiential learning methodologies.
- Create audio-visual learning content, including videos, presentations, templates, and digital learning resources.
- Train and onboard trainers, mentors, and subject matter experts to ensure standardized delivery of programs.
- Collaborate with industry experts and organizations to incorporate practical learning, guest sessions, and exposure opportunities.
- Continuously review and improve course content based on participant feedback, industry trends, and program outcomes.
- Coordinate with Operations and Business Consulting teams to strengthen the participant learning experience.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- MBA, Master's in Education, Instructional Design, Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Corporate Training, or the Education sector.
- Experience in entrepreneurship development, startup ecosystem, MSMEs, or vocational training will be an added advantage.
