Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and highly professional Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) who can efficiently manage the Director's daily schedule, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist the MD in daily planning, scheduling, and execution of business activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and documents.
- Organize meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
- Be available to travel with the MD whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
- Travel should not be an issue.

- Experience in handling senior management schedules.
- Good drafting and email writing skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Smart, presentable, and detail-oriented personality.
