Key Responsibilities -
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the concerned team
- Update and maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure
Requirements -
- 6 months to 1 years of experience in customer support / customer service
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
- Willingness to work in Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
