RenTrip is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to drive revenue growth through direct sales and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will focus on converting leads, achieving sales targets, and maximizing booking volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales pitches
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maximize revenue through strategic pricing and package offerings
- Sales Process Management
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about RenTrip's vehicle rental services
- Guide customers through the complete booking process
- Process reservations and handle payment collection
- Sales Activities
- Actively follow up on leads and close sales
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
- Maintain high conversion rates
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of sales activities and conversions
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Update CRM system with accurate sales data
- Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on vehicle inventory, pricing, and policies
- Maintain knowledge of current promotional offers
- Understand rental agreements and terms & conditions
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude welcome)
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
