About the Role
We're looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Legal Consultant Intern to join our team on-site in Noida for a 6-month internship. You'll work closely on intellectual property matters tied to content and brand assets being developed with a well-known influencer (450,000+ followers), gaining hands-on exposure to IP law in the entertainment and digital content space. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build real-world experience at the intersection of law, media, and personal branding.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting IP-related agreements (licensing, assignment, brand collaboration, content usage rights, etc.)
Support trademark and copyright filing, registration, and portfolio management
Conduct legal research on IP protection, entertainment law, and influencer/brand rights
Help identify and address potential IP infringement or misuse of content/brand assets
Assist in structuring contracts related to content creation, collaborations, and endorsements
Liaise with internal teams (content, marketing, business) to ensure IP compliance across projects
Maintain organized records of contracts, filings, and legal documentation
Attend in-office meetings with the legal and creative teams
Compensation Structure
Months 1–2 (Probation Period): [Training stipend / fixed probation amount — specify]
Months 3–6: A fixed monthly stipend is introduced, determined by performance during the probation period.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/LLM); students in later years of a 5-year integrated law program are welcome to apply
Preferred: prior exposure/coursework/internship experience in Intellectual Property Law and/or Entertainment Law
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
Familiarity with IP concepts such as copyright, trademark, licensing, and personality/publicity rights is a plus
Must be able to work in-person from our Noida office for the full 6-month duration
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
