Role Overview
Hyperion Digital is looking for an Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of audience targeting, campaign management, lead generation, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting activities.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Generate leads, increase reach, and improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital advertising (internships considered).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand Punjabi is mandatory.
Freshers with relevant internship experience and hands-on campaign management experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay: From ₹10,374.56 per month
