This role manages SunTec India’s visual identity and continuously works to ensure the brand is consistent across all assets and channels. Our ideal candidate is a keen designer with experience in the information technology sector who can execute design work for all digital mediums.
The UI/UX designer will be expected to design the overall functionality of SunTec India’s in-house websites, and to ensure a great user experience.

- Responsible for the design of SunTec India's corporate websites, sales and marketing collateral, campaign assets and other creative projects.
- Incorporate brand guidelines that ensure continuity across all company channels.
- Develop UI/UX mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites & mobile app function and look like. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Work with stakeholders and others independently. Solicit and accept feedbacks and quickly iterate designs accordingly.
- Keep up with the latest trends, methodologies and tools in web and application design.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
- 3 to 5 yrs. of experience working in the Graphic, Web and UI/UX design field.
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile devices, with a deep understanding of interaction patterns, accessibility, and best practices for responsive UX.
- Experience with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; experience working with front-end developers.
- Capable of rapid iteration, feedback, and experimentation. Always seeks stakeholder input and understanding. You lean towards multiple rapid iterations and prototypes of your designs to get early feedback.
- Self-motivated, exceptionally detail-oriented, and have a history of major accomplishments to prove it.
- Be passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
