Job Summary
The US IT Staffing BDE generates new business by identifying and acquiring clients in the United States. The role involves selling technical recruitment services to US-based companies, managed service providers (MSPs), and system integrators. [1, 2]Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Prospect daily via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email sequences.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch technical staffing services to US-based hiring managers and HR heads.
- Account Management: Maintain relationships with acquired clients to secure ongoing job orders.
- Requirement Gathering: Collect precise technical requirements and skillsets from clients.
- Internal Liaison: Coordinate with offshore recruiting teams to deliver quality candidate profiles.
- Contract Negotiation: Finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and billing rates (Hourly/Annual). [1, 2, 3]
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound cold calls and emails sent per day.
- Number of qualified requirements/job orders secured weekly.
- Total revenue generated through successful candidate placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- US Market Knowledge: Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of IT roles (Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science).
- Communication: Flawless spoken and written English with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
- Shift Flexibility: Must work night shifts to align with US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
- Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Staffing sales or business development.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
